Calgary Locate Reporting System (CLRS) allows the digging community to report concerns regarding their locate requests within Calgary City Limits.
The CLRS office hours are between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. An after-hours messaging system is available
Call to report:
§ Near misses or inaccurate locates
§ A 'no-show' by the locator (i.e. the locator does not meet at the assigned appointment time)
§ Locate requests not completed on time. (Please allow for the minimum of two full working days for the locators to respond.)
§ Exceptional service or unprofessional conduct of a locator
Please provide the locate ticket number for each report.
Note: If you have concerns regarding locates in
Do not call to report:
§ Damages to facilities. Refer to contact numbers on the back of the locate slip.
§ To have facilities re-marked if weather or your activity has erased the markings. A new locate request is required.
§ To have your work area extended. A new locate request is required.
§ To request standby of facility owners. Call the facility owner directly. The locator should have provided the phone numbers on the locate slip.
